Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days of placing your order.

Delivery Time Once shipped, orders are delivered within 15–20 business days depending on your location.

Exchange Policy We do not offer refunds. However, we accept exchanges in the following case only:

• The product is received damaged, or
• You receive an empty parcel

To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof at the time of opening the package. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
