Shipping Timelines

Returns & Damaged Products
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we welcome your return. Please contact us within seven days of receipt with photographs of the item and your order details to initiate the return process.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit, which provides you with the flexibility to select another piece from our collection. Store credit notifications and instructions will be sent to you via WhatsApp for your convenience.
Order Cancellations
